Official Copies

Products sold through COPY MERCH are considered official copies connected to the wider COPY project.

The ideas, themes, and DIY spirit behind COPY are intended to be participatory. Individuals are encouraged to create personal-use interpretations, remixes, edits, stencils, posters, and inspired works through the COPY / EDIT / PASTE section and related resources.

However:

Personal use = encouraged

Community creativity = encouraged

Corporate exploitation = not welcome

You may not mass-produce, commercially exploit, impersonate, or resell COPY MERCH products, branding, artwork, or downloadable resources without written permission.

COPY may be copied by people — not exploited by corporations.

DIY Resources & Downloads

Any downloadable materials provided through COPY / EDIT / PASTE are intended for:

personal use

artistic experimentation

educational use

community participation

non-commercial DIY projects

You are responsible for how and where you use any downloaded material.

Do not use COPY resources for:

User Submissions

By submitting artwork, photos, edits, posters, stickers, designs, or other content

to COPY MERCH, you confirm that:

the work is yours or you have permission to share it

You retain ownership of your original work.

However, by submitting content, you grant COPY MERCH permission to:

display submissions on the website or social media

feature them in galleries or publications

repost or share them as part of the project

potentially develop selected submissions into future collaborations, artist series, or community features (always with discussion with appropriate artists)

We reserve the right to remove submissions at any time.

Products, Orders & Returns

Many products are made to order through print-on-demand services. Because of this:

slight variations in print or colour may occur

delivery times may vary

returns are generally only accepted for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with details and photographs and we’ll try to sort it out fairly.

Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, artwork, branding, graphics, writing, characters, and designs connected to COPY MERCH remain the property of COPY MERCH and/or associated creators.

That said, the project intentionally exists within remix culture, DIY culture, and public participation. We support personal creativity and cultural exchange, not corporate extraction or unauthorised commercial exploitation.
